In the recent seminar with Natwest BankLine questions were raised regarding the ability to send BACS files from FMS to Bankline.  A second question was raised whereby some schools requested that Bexley Council create a central list of suppliers.  

1) The provision of a central list of suppliers provided by Bexley Council has been discussed and concerns have been raised because schools would be unable to verify the details themselves.  As supplier details only need to be added once it is recommended that schools maintain their own supplier list.

2) A Step by Step guide has been wriiten for schools to cover 2 main areas:

i)  Setting Up FMS for BACS export

ii) Creating a BACS Run/File in FMS and uploading to BankLine
