However schools will need to carry out a couple of simple tasks on their return in September (or earlier if possible):

1) A new Catering Year will need to be defined under Tools | Dinner Money | Setup | Catering Return panel.  Set the catering date to be 5th September 2011

2) Any meal charges that have increased will need to be recorded under Tools | Dinner Money

I)      Pupil Meal Definitions

Ii)     Staff Meal Definitions

Iii)     Ad Hoc Meal Definitions

Iv)     Other Sales Definitions.

For the above click on Search in each case to see current definitions.  Double click to modify them.  Add a new charge starting from the first day of term rather than deleting the current charge - this will preserve the history.

3) Any new pupils will need to have their Default Meal choice defined under Focus | Dinner Money | Pupil Default Meal Patterns.
